Back in 2010, I had the pleasure of doing a load of gigs with the wonderful Randa Khamis before she headed back to Australia to work on her second album with The Bamboos’ main man Lance Ferguson. The album is now hear, and certainly worth the wait. Purchase on CD, Vinyl and Digi via the [...]

Glastonbury 2011
06.30.2011
A big thanks to everyone that passed through and partied with us at Glastonbury 2011. Myself and Chris Read played a handful of gigs over the week and it was a whole load of fun!
As always, a massive thanks to everyone that made it down to party with us on Saturday 5 February. Possibly one of our buiest nights to date. Thanks to Paul White for a killer beats set. A couple of shots form the night are below, and you can check the whole set on Facebook here.
The next Droppin’ Science party is on February 5 at the Vibe Bar with yet another big night in store. In February you can expect all this and more as we will be joined [...]
Aloe Blacc & The Grand Scheme LIVE in studio
01.04.2011
Aloe Blacc released one of my favourite LP’s of 2010. Contemporary soul music as it should be. Well worth 12 or so minutes of your time. (Recorded by Paul du Gre.)
A new month, a new party, a new limited edition box set and a new mix tape! Following last month’s tribute to 1979 – 1987, including DJ Format’s incredible set playing strictly Hip Hop 45s from 84-87, this month we celebrate 1988. This includes a party featuring myself, Chris Read, Danny Delta and Portishead’s Andy [...]
